There are stats floating around on the internet that 80%+ home buyers use the internet to begin there home search before contacting a realtor. Isn’t that reason enough why you should be offering homes search options on your website? (Or do you want more).

Home Search tools (IDX) are one the best tools you have at your disposal and one of the highest converting lead generating tools available to you. If you have a website that does not offer a home search (In some cases you will not be able to help this as your MLS may not offer a solution or there is no 3rd party option available) what do you think is happening to your traffic? Most likely the consumers are hitting the back button in there browser and going to the next website down in search results, until they find a real estate agents website that offers what they are looking for. What is IDX

Acronym for Internet Data Exchange. IDX references the transfer of MLS data, from the MLS Board to a real estate agents website(s).
